While trying to keep my children happy, healthy, and entertained, I am a CRAFTER. I love the feeling you get after you are finished with a project and you can be proud of yourself because I actually made this and I think its pretty spectacular. I always have at least 2 or three craft projects that I need to finish, (including my Irie's baby book that I need to scrap book.... Shes almost 18 months and I haven't even started : /)
While I'm not finishing my craft projects, I am running a Dance studio called Bear Lake Dance Academy in Garden City Utah. I am there all the time and am constantly trying to become a better dancer while I am teaching others. I teach Ballet, Pointe, Cheer, Jazz, Lyrical, and Hip Hop (Boys and Girls) I love every aspect of dance. I feel like after a girl graduates high school she feels like she has outgrown dance or that its over. ITS NEVER OVER! Dance because you have to! Find a class and go. My poor husband I am always trying to find new classes and styles to go try. Living in Garden City this is a bit of a challenge but we aren't going to live in Garden City forever.
I also am a Zumba instructor. I love to Shake it with my ladies on my Monday nights. I love Zumba because it has changed my body and has made me skinnier than I ever had thought would be possible. It as ignited a desire to better myself through health and fitness that I had never had before. I have learned that this is my only body and I better take care of it or its going to fall apart. I want a strong body for my family, for my students, but mostly for myself. Besides I'm always down with feeling hot.
I am currently working on trying to get some Aqua Zumba classes going at the local pool. it doesn't seem like its going to pan out because the pool is semi-mis-managed. But I'm going to try. I would definitely like to keep trying and get some good time instructing water aerobics under my belt because it will be alot easier to get certified to teach water aerobics than it would to get certified teaching Zumba once we move. More Job opportunities makes me a happy girl.

We had a whirlwind romance. I was introduced to Burt on Match.com, like so many other couples in the technology age. We then got to know each other through phone calls, emails, and the reliable form of communication, texts. We finally met each other on February 3rd, 2008. For those of you that are not sports fans this was the date of the Super Bowl, New York Giants against the New England Patriots. We had a wager, I chose patriots he chose the Giants- Patriots win I get Jewelry (OK, You know you have a keeper if he was offering Jewelry before your even met him! I was shocked, I was used to dating deadbeats that couldn't spell jewelry let alone offer it) I said if the Giants win we would start to date "He could have ME" From my point of view it was a win win. The giants won we met an hour after the game and so it began. We were inseparable.
On March 1st, 2008 (yes not even a month later) We drove to Vegas and got married. It was beautiful and the most wonderful day of my entire life. I got married in Polka dots in a beautiful ceremony, followed by the rest of my life being with amazing man and father.
